Important Note

  Enter your unique room key in the format xxxx-yyyy-zzzz. This key was provided to you via email when your consultation was confirmed. Make sure to join within the specified time window.

  You can join a scheduled call only within 5 minutes of its start time.

• 3

  The meeting code remains valid for three (3) attempts, after which you'll need to connect through the app.

• 4

  You may switch between the app and browser during a call. However, do not disconnect manually — the session will close automatically on your previous device.

• 5

  The Expert must wait at least 15% of the scheduled duration or 5 minutes, whichever is longer.

• 6

  The Client must wait at least 2 minutes in the call to qualify for a full refund.
